Survival Scrapbook 4: Paper Houses by Roger Sheppard, Richard Threadgill and John Holmes, first published in 1974, is a practical guide to building inhabitable structures from paper and cardboard. Part of the countercultural Survival Scrapbook series, the book explores experimental, low-cost approaches to architecture, from materials and weatherproofing to geometry and geodesic dome construction.
Richly illustrated throughout, it contains more than 200 plans, diagrams, drawings and photographs explaining how lightweight paper structures can be designed and constructed.
